Use of the Service

Cosmo Translator is provided for lawful personal and business communication use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to abuse credits, subscriptions, or platform systems.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it. Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

Credits, Packs, and Subscriptions

• Guest trial credits, subscription credits, and pack credits may be governed by separate rules inside the app.
• Subscription plans do not stack with each other.
• Pack credits are separate top-ups and may remain available according to the app’s current policy.
• App Store billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Apple’s platform rules.

Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Translation quality can vary depending on language pair, audio conditions, and network quality.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cosmo Translator for unlawful activity, harassment, harmful misuse, or attempts to reverse engineer or overload the service.

Limitation of Liability

Cosmo Translator is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
